Can I try on before I made purchases?
We do not provide any try on service at the moment.

If I choose to self collect my order, when and where could I do it?
Self collection is available at our Woodlands warehouse: 20 Woodlands Link #09-15 Singapore 738733 on all weekdays before 6pm. The warehouse will not be opened on Wednesday and weekends. You are advised to use postage if the location is not convenient for you. Postage charges can be found in our "instruction" page. Remember to look under "my orders" for any sold out items and give us a call before coming down.
You can pay with cash when we meet up. You can also transfer the money over to us first so that we can reserve your items for you.

How to go to your warehouse? Is there any bus i can take?
You can take bus 964 from Woodlands MRT. The bus will have an electronic panel on it's ceiling to indicate it's next destination. Alight once you see the panel shows "20 Woodlands link". There is a Nippon paint shop right across the destinated bus stop below the building.

When can I receive my items once I have made my order?
Items will be sent out every Tuesday and Friday. Payment received before Monday 12pm will be sent out on Tuesday and payment received before Thursday 12pm will be sent out on Friday. You can usually receive your item/s within 2-3 working days from each postage days.. As there are limited quantities available, you are encouraged to make your payment early to reserve your items.

Many of your items are sold out. Will you be restocking them?
We restock our sold out items on a random basis only, depending on the stocks availability on our supplier side. In order to provide better customer service, we have ceased to do back orders or preordering service with effect from April'08. Do look back at our website often as we update our stocks twice a month.
- Can I exchange the items if sizes do not fit or the colours are not as what i thought?
We do not entertain exchanges of any sort as we checked through the clothing carefully before sending them out. Please check measurements carefully before purchase. Measurements can be found in the pop up picture when you click on the thumbnails.
Also, do take note that slight differences in the colours may occur due to lighting issues. Accessories that comes with the clothing are complimentary and are not included in the prices of the products. Exchanges are not allowed if the colours of these accessories are different from shown in the pictures.
- What is size F? Is it smaller than size S?
Size
F refers to free size and measurements can be found in the pop up picture when you click on the thumbnails. They usually suits about size M.
- Do you do delivery to other countries?
Yes, we do delivery to other countries. Payment can be made through Singapore banks transfer. Credit cards payments can be made through paypal. For Malaysia customers, we accept Maybank transfers.
